Shelby's expertise in food systems began at an early age working in his family's beer distribution business in SE Ohio. After getting his degree in Information Technology from RIT, he joined Accenture's global technology consulting team, deploying large scale technology projects in multiple industries. 

He founded Autolyze to help bring small businesses an approachable solution to their technology needs. 

He is always looking to connect with startups, small and family owned businesses, and entrepreneurs in the food system.  

Theodora comes with a background in the food industry ranging from agriculture to grocery and production. She enjoys guiding teams to success in the business operations front. There's always a new hiccup to resolve.
